January blues: how to shake them off

The infamous January blues are a well-known, common, post-festive feeling that can affect even the most cheerful of the herd.

We’ve compiled the top five most effective tactics (Hippo approved) to keep them at bay.



1. Eat well…

Eating well is known for its mood-booster abilities. Especially when combining healthy AND tasty ingredients.

3. Gather your mates

Surrounding yourself with your favourite people is an instant endorphin catalyst. Head to the pub and raise a toast to the amazing year to come.

4. Do good

Assess your new knowledge with our blind tasting test: ask one member of the herd, at any Hippo bar, to pour you a G&T and if you guess it right… it’s on us.
